We connect a business's own WhatsApp Business Account to the WhatsApp Business Platform, and provide an API for sending template, authentication, and service messages to that business's customers — with delivery and inbound events routed back to their systems.

What we do

• Onboard a business's WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup.
• Send template, authentication (OTP), and service messages on that business's behalf.
• Deliver inbound messages and delivery-status events back to the business's systems.
• Support coexistence, so a number stays usable in the WhatsApp Business app while connected.

How a business's data is handled

• Access tokens are encrypted at rest and decrypted only in memory, at the moment a message is sent.
• We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
• A business can request deletion at any time, and can disconnect us from Meta's own settings without contacting us.
